The Druckeria Association of Timisoara fans announced that it stands in solidarity with the families of the seven Greek fans of PAOK Thessaloniki who died in Tuesday's traffic accident, as well as with the people injured in the event, for whom it is urging blood donations.

"Today, several PAOK fans lost their lives in a serious traffic accident on their way to the match in Lyon. Others were injured, and some of them will probably be hospitalized in Timisoara. Beyond the colors, we are shocked to see people who went to support their team and celebrate and never returned home. We are mobilizing to provide support to the families of the victims and injured fans, with any kind of logistical and humanitarian help. If you would like to join this effort, you can contribute by donating to the association's accounts below. All funds raised will be used exclusively to help those involved in the tragedy," Druckeria Timisoara announced on the association's Facebook page.

In parallel with the financial donations, in the coming days, Timisoara fans will donate blood to support those in hospitals.

The fatalities of the crash involving a minibus and a long-haul truck, which occurred on Tuesday afternoon on the national road DN 6, in Lugojel, are all men from Greece, of whom seven died and three were injured, the Timis Police reported.
