The year 2026 must be one in which honest work counts, institutions are more efficient, and the state works for citizens, not the other way around, reads a message sent by the National Liberal Party (PNL).
"Happy New Year, Romania! We enter the New Year with confidence, responsibility and the sincere desire to do things better. For people, for communities, for the future of our children. 2026 must be the year in which honest work counts, institutions are more efficient, and the state works for citizens, not the other way around. We do not promise miracles, but seriousness, reforms and respect for each Romanian," the message posted on the party's Facebook page reads, agerpres reports.
The liberals also send their thanks to all Romanians who believe in freedom, initiative and a European Romania.
"We thank all those who believe in liberal values, in freedom, in initiative and in European Romania. Together, with realism and courage, we can build a better year. Happy New Year with health, stability and hope!", the PNL post also reads.
