PNL MP Raluca Turcan believes that President Nicusor Dan gave a speech in Washington that was oriented towards solutions, ''even mathematical'', regarding the Gaza Strip, ''the kind of intervention that rebuilds trust and repositions Romania as a serious partner''.
''The presence of President Nicusor Dan in Washington sends an important signal: Romania is making itself heard again in its relationship with the United States. The President of Romania gave a speech that was oriented towards solutions, I would say even mathematical, regarding the Gaza Strip, exactly the kind of intervention that rebuilds trust and repositions Romania as a serious partner. In the relationship with the United States, I think it is clear to everyone that a good relationship is gained through consistency and the ability to deliver. As for the dissatisfaction 'when it doesn't work, why doesn't it work?!' versus 'when it works, why did it work?!' it is clear proof that for some the problem is not the result, but the fact that they have to find a reason to criticize'', Turcan wrote on Facebook.
President Nicusor Dan gave an intervention on Thursday at the inaugural meeting of the Board of Peace, chaired by the President of the United States of America, Donald Trump.
