President Klaus Iohannis on Monday signed the decree on the appointment of Oliver-Felix Banila as prosecutor-in-chief of the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT), on a three-year period, the Presidential Administration informed, according to agerpres.
