The Government approved, on Thursday, through a decision, increasing by 247,580 lei the amount necessary for the expropriation of privately owned real estate located on the Bucharest Ring Road corridor, within the localities of Afumati, Corbeanca, Dragomiresti-Vale and Glina in Ilfov County and Joita in Giurgiu County.
According to a Government's press release, the supplement of the amount provided for as fair compensation approved by Government Decision no. 404/2020 regarding the initiation of expropriation procedures for all privately owned real estate constituting the expropriation corridor of the public utility work of national interest "Bucharest Ring Road, North Ring Road sector km 0+000-km 52+770", within the localities of Afumati, Corbeanca, Dragomiresti-Vale and Glina in Ilfov County and Joita in Giurgiu County, as well as the amendment and completion of Annex no. 2 to Decision no. 404/2020.
"The decision also includes other measures, such as: updating, under the conditions of the law, the identification elements of the buildings, the holders of real rights and the individual amounts related to the compensations; introducing new positions resulting from the technical and dismantling documentation necessary for the exact inclusion of the buildings in the expropriation corridor; adding recently identified buildings as part of the corridor; eliminating positions that are already found in other updated cadastral records or that have been corrected through dismantling, as well as initiating the expropriation procedure for the newly introduced buildings", the press release reads.
