Deputy PM for Implementing Romania's Strategic Partnerships Ana Birchall announced on Friday that she met with France's Ambassador to Romania Michele Ramis, pointing out that "the privileged relation" between the two countries will be further enhanced both on a bilateral level and within the EU.
"I had an excellent meeting with Mrs Michele Ramis, France's Ambassador to Romania, during which we discussed about the Strategic Partnership between our countries, in the context of celebrating 10 years since its signing, a period in which the Romanian-French relations have been strengthened on all levels," Ana Birchall wrote on Facebook.
She pointed out that the Partnership's roadmap is "the solid proof" that supports the development and consolidation of the Romanian-French relations on a political, economic and sectoral level.
"France is a traditional partner of Romania, and the privileged relation between our countries will be further enhanced both on a bilateral level and within the EU, for a future of the European Union and a European Union of the future," Birchall also said.
