Bucharest Stock Exchange opens Monday's session in the green

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened Monday's session with growth on most indices, and turnover amounted to 19 million RON (3.8 million euros), after the first hour after the start of transactions.

The main BET index, which shows the evolution of the 20 most liquid companies, registered an appreciation of 0.03%, and the BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares from BVB, recorded an advance of 0, 01%, agerpres reports.

At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid securities, rose by 0.03%, while the yield benchmark of investment funds, BET-BK, appreciated by 0.13%.

The BET-FI index of SIFs was increasing by 0.37%.

On the other hand, BET-NG, the index of 10 companies in the energy and utilities sector, depreciated by 0.10%.

According to BVB data, the biggest increases in the value of shares were recorded by Dafora (+3.85%), Rompetrol Rafinare (+3.13%) and Turism Felix (+2.76%).

On the other hand, the shares of UCM Resita (-14.51%), Societatea de Constructii Napoca (-11.46%) and Zentiva (-5.31%) were in decline.
