The Bucharest Stock Exchange closed Tuesday's session lower on most indices, with trading of 32.68 million RON (6.45 million euros), inform Agerpres.
The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, depreciated by 0.47%, to the value of 20,695.36 points, and BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares on the Exchange, closed down by 0.44%.
The extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid stocks, recorded a decrease of 0.43%, while the SIF index, BET-FI, appreciated by 0.10%.
Also, the BET-BK index, the benchmark for investment fund performance, closed down by 0.42%, and the BET-NG, which measures the performance of ten energy and utility companies, fell by 0.56%.
The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, recorded a decline of 0.40%.
The most liquid stocks were those of Banca Transilvania, with transactions totaling 5.02 million RON, followed by OMV Petrom shares, with 2.66 million RON, and Digi Communications, with 2.33 million RON.
The best developments were recorded by SIF Hoteluri shares (+6.73%), Roca Industry Holdingrock1 (+4.52%) and AETA (+4.27%).
On the other hand, the most significant decreases were recorded by the shares of STK Emergent (-10.45%), Turism, Hoteluri, Restaurante Marea Neagra (-8.26%) and Prefab (-7.75%).
