President of the UN General Assembly Miroslav Lajcak declared on Tuesday that Romania is seen as a very active and respected member in the family of the United Nations.
"Romania is seen as a very active and respected member in our family for its peacekeeping activities, it is one of the top contributors in maintaining peace," the UN official said, after the meeting with Romanian President Klaus Iohannis.
