Former Minister of Communications Gabriel Sandu, retired tennis player Dinu Pescariu, businessman Claudiu Florica and Calin Tatomir, a former general manager of Microsoft Romania SRL, on Wednesday were sent to court by anticorruption prosecutors in a court case called Microsoft 3, says the National Anti-Corruption Directorate (DNA).
