The Ports of Constanta Nord, Constanta Sud and Midia were closed for maritime and river transport, on Friday morning, due to strong winds, the INFOTRAFIC Centre of the Romanian Police Inspectorate General informs, told Agerpres.
The decision came into force starting 8:15.
