National Liberal Party (PNL) deputy Florin Roman on Wednesday received a favorable opinion from the specialist parliamentary committees for the portfolio from the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitalization.
He received 55 votes in favor and 22 against for the post of minister from the Information and IT&Communication Technology, Science and Technology and Education Committees of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate.
