Third seed Stefan Palosi, Radu Mihai Papoe (6th), Radu David Turcanu and Mihai Razvan Marinescu got their wins on Wednesday, joining top seed Cezar Cretu, Stefan Adrian Andreescu (5th), Rares Teodor Pieleanu and Cezar Gabriel Papoe.
All the second-round fixtures will feature a Romanian.
