The Justice Ministry published on Friday on the institution's web page, the report regarding the National Anti-corruption Directorate (DNA)'s managerial activity.
Beside the report, the Ministry also released 11 annexes which contain: reports of the Judicial Inspection, decisions of the Constitutional Court, an opinion and report of the Venice Commission, statements from the Judicial Inspection, an activity report on 2006 of the Public Ministry and a Code of Conduct of judges and prosecutors.
The report regarding the managerial activity of the DNA has 36 pages and it contains the statement made on Thursday evening by minister Tudorel Toader.
The website of the Justice Ministry could not be accessed starting with Thursday evening, 19:00 hrs, the problem being partially remedied on Friday, at 15:00 hrs.
