Independent candidate Calin Georgescu is still ranking first in the preferences of the electorate, with 22.84% of the votes, after the centralization of over 99.5% of the minutes from the country, according to data published in real time on the website of the Permanent Electoral Authority.
Coming second is Marcel Ciolacu (Social Democratic Party) with 19.24%.
