President Klaus Iohannis sent on Thursday a letter to Prime Minister Viorica Dancila, in which he argues that the appointment proposals for the Development and Transport Ministries, namely Lia Olguta Vasilescu and Mircea Draghici, still don't demonstrate that the legal requirements have been met in view of obtaining the approval.
