At the level of November, 46,773 cars were produced in Romania, almost 3% fewer than in the similar period of the previous year (48,208 units). Of the total recorded in November, 25,880 units were produced at the Dacia plant in Mioveni, and 20,893 units at the Ford plant in Craiova.

On the national market, the ranking by brands (for cars + commercial vehicles), after 11 months in 2021, is led by Dacia (33,250 units), followed by Ford (10,714), Renault (8,879), Toyota (8,863), Hyundai (8,442), Volkswagen (8,427), Skoda (7,340), Mercedes Benz (6,474), Suzuki (4,171) and Peugeot (3,586).
