President Klaus Iohannis has notified the Constitutional Court of Romania (CCR) on amending and completing Law 135/2010 on the Criminal Procedure Code and on the judicial organization law.
He is requesting, in a letter addressed to CCR President Valer Dorneanu, that the debate term of the notification be set so that the Venice Commission's opinion can be capitalized on.
