The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) and Electrica, one of the most important players on the electricity distribution, supply and production market in Romania, are organizing on Wednesday, July 30, the event that marks the entry into trading of the first bond issue of the company Electrica.
This is the largest issue of green, corporate and non-financial bonds on the Romanian capital market, reaching a total value of 500 million euros.
The event will be attended, among others, by the president of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, Radu Hanga, the minister of energy, Bogdan Ivan, the president of the Financial Supervisory Authority, Alexandru Petrescu, and the general director of Electrica, Alexandru Chirita.
