Minister of National Defence Angel Tilvar had a meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte on Tuesday, with whom he discussed the security situation in the Black Sea.
"I have just concluded a productive meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte in Brussels. We discussed the strategic importance of the Black Sea, support for Ukraine, defence spending and NATO's defence and deterrence on the Eastern Flank. Unity and strategic vision are our strengths," the Romanian minister wrote on the X platform.
