The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) stocks opened higher on Monday on trades of RON 4.3 million (EUR 866,793) an hour into the trading session.
The main BET index reflecting the developments in the 20 most liquid stocks rose by 0.21%, and the BET-Plus index reflecting the developments in the 43 most liquid BVB stocks advanced 0.17%.
The extended blue-chip BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks was up 0.07%, and the BET-BK index, the Bucharest exchange trading benchmark index, was up 0.16%.
The BET-FI index of financial brokerage stocks decreased by 0.59%, while BET-NG, the index of 10 energy and utilities stocks, increased by 0.11%.
The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, was down 0.06%.
According to BVB, the top three risers were Carbochim (+4.23%), Transelectrica (+1.78%), and Lion Capital (+1.43%).
On the other hand, the top three fallers were Energopetrol (-10.22%), Electromagnetica (-6.67%), and Socep (-2.54%) .
