The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) stocks closed lower on Tuesday on trades of RON 116.990 million (EUR 22.971 million).
The most traded stocks were Banca Transilvania, with RON 18.05 million in trades, followed by OMV Petrom, which generated trades worth RON 16.59 million, and Transgaz, with trades of RON 7.47 million.
The main BET index reflecting the developments in the 20 most liquid stocks declined 1.10% to 26,615.04 points, and the BET-Plus index reflecting the developments in the 43 most liquid BVB stocks went down 1.08%.
The extended blue-chip BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks fell by 1.11%, and the BET-BK index, the Bucharest exchange trading benchmark index, was down 1.17%.
The BET-FI index of financial intermediation stocks decreased by 0.71%, while BET-NG, the index of 10 energy and utilities stocks, decreased by 1.06%.
The BET AeRO index of 20 AeRO leading companies was down 0.59%
The top three risers were Romcab (+11.03%), Turism, Hoteluri, Restaurante Marea Neagra (+9%) and Armatura (+6.61%).
On the other hand, the top three fallers were Energopetrol (-11.11%), Nuclearelectrica (-5.25%) and Transgaz (-4.56%).
