The Bucharest Stock Exchange closed Monday's session lower on almost all indices, and the value of transactions amounted to 61.5 million RON (12.37 million euros).
The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, recorded a decline of 0.40%, to 18,588.28 points.
The most liquid shares were those of Transilvania Bank, which recorded transactions of 15.18 million RON, followed by Electrica shares - 5.99 million RON and OMV Petrom - 5.39 million RON.
The extended blue-chip BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks fell 0.27%, while the index of SIFs, BET-FI, declined 0.08%.
The BET-BK index, the yield benchmark of investment funds, lost 0.05% of its value, and the BET-NG, which measures the evolution of the ten energy and utility companies, closed down by 0.23%.
The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, appreciated by 0.42%.
The best developments were registered by Mecanica Fina (+6.50%), Turism, Hoteluri, Restaurante Marea Neagra (+5.77%) and Bermas (+5.52%).
On the other hand, the most significant decreases were recorded by Mecanica Ceahlau (-11.30%), Aages (-6.80%) and COMCM Constanta (-4.02%).
