As many as 3,482 people infected with SARS-CoV-2 are hospitalized in health facilities, of whom 75 are children, the Strategic Communication Group (GCS) announced on Thursday.
According to GCS, 600 patients are admitted to intensive care, down from the previous day, four of whom are children.
Of the 600 patients admitted to the ICU, 53 have a certificate attesting vaccination.
On the territory of Romania, 12,542 people confirmed with infection with the novel coronavirus are in isolation at home and 3,741 in institutional isolation. Moreover, 71,394 people are in quarantine at home and 37 in institutional quarantine.
