A number of 1,658 people infected with the novel coronavirus are hospitalized in specialized health units, out of whom 228 in intensive care, the Strategic Communication Group (GCS) announced on Thursday.
In Romania, 5,020 people confirmed with the novel coronavirus infection are in isolation at home, and 1,703 are in institutional isolation.
Also, 58,480 people are in quarantine at home, and 63 are in institutionalized quarantine, Agerpres informs.
