As many as 10,196 Covid positives have been registered in the past 24 hours, as well as 451 Covid-related deaths - two of which prior to the reporting period - the Strategic Communication Group (GCS) informs on Wednesday, citing data available with the National Intervention Coordination and Management Center - CNCCI as of November 3, at 10:00 hrs, Agerpres informs.
