Romanian tennis player Sorana Cirstea qualified on Wednesday in Melbourne for the third round of the Australian Open tournament, the first Grand Slam of the year, after she unexpectedly defeated Carla Suarez Navarro (Spain) - 10th seed, with a score of 7-6 (1), 6-3.
